Edutech 4.0 exists to close the distance between a degree and a job. We embed real, stipend-bearing apprenticeships inside recognised university degrees — designed backward from what industry will actually hire for — so a learner graduates already employable, already experienced, and already on a payroll. We do this as the student counselling, recruitment and industry-linkage partner for Glocal University across every AEDP and WILP program on this portal.
India has one of the world’s largest young workforces, but roughly half of its graduates aren’t considered employable on day one. The cause is structural: curricula that lag the market, too little hands-on exposure, and skills taught in isolation from the workplace. Edutech 4.0 is built to fix that at the root — by making the workplace part of the qualification itself.

Instead of bolting an internship onto a degree, we run two rails as one: a recognised Glocal University qualification and a Government-registered apprenticeship, co-designed with employers and mapped to academic credit from the first term.
AEDP and WILP degrees from Glocal University, where on-the-job training earns academic credit under the National Credit Framework — not a footnote to the transcript, but part of it.
A registered apprenticeship under NAPS or NATS, with a monthly stipend, an employer contract, and a government-recognised completion certificate — skills-first hiring, built in.
Plenty of programs promise "industry exposure." Edutech 4.0 is different because we own the whole chain — we design the trade with the employer, register the apprenticeship, deliver the academics with Glocal University, and place the graduate. One accountable partner from concept to career.
Every program is reverse-engineered from future demand — the skills employers are hiring hardest for as India digitises, decarbonises and moves to skills-first recruitment. New trades are scoped with employers and mapped to Glocal University credit.
Data operations, cloud support and applied-AI roles — the highest-employability domain in the country, and still short on job-ready talent.
Security operations, IT infrastructure and technical support for a rapidly digitising economy.
Solar, renewables and energy-efficiency trades — among the fastest-growing hiring areas through 2030.
Banking operations, compliance and digital financial services, where AI-led hiring is accelerating fast.
Production, quality, automation and electric-mobility trades for Industry 4.0 shop floors.
Hospital operations, diagnostics support and allied-health roles facing chronic skilled-staff shortfalls.
We study employer hiring gaps and future-skill signals sector by sector — IT, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, logistics, green energy — and translate them into apprenticeable trades.
Trades are mapped to AEDP/WILP academic modules with Glocal University, so every on-the-job competency also carries academic credit.
Domestic and international learners are enrolled with Glocal University and simultaneously registered as apprentices under NAPS or NATS.
Academic terms, mentoring and on-floor apprenticeship run in parallel across the program, tracked against both academic and apprenticeship milestones.
Graduating apprentices are transitioned into full-time roles with partner employers, closing the loop from concept to career.
The name marks the fourth stage of vocational education in India — past classroom-only diplomas, past loosely-supervised internships, and past stand-alone online credentials, into a single, government-anchored model where a real job and a real degree run on the same calendar, verified by the same records, and aligned to Industry 4.0 skills: AI, automation, data and green technology.
That model rests on three pillars used throughout this site: AEDP (the degree structure), WILP (the delivery format for working learners), and NAPS/NATS (the statutory apprenticeship framework that makes the work track legally recognised and stipend-bearing).
Glocal University is a UGC-recognised private university in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, established under the Glocal University Act, 2011 (U.P. Act No. 2 of 2012) and recognised under Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. A member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with approvals from AICTE, BCI, PCI and NCTE, it runs 50+ UG, PG and professional programs across a 350-acre campus in the Shivalik foothills. Its name — a portmanteau of “global” and “local” — reflects its motto, “Global canvas, local colours.”
Our counselling team can walk you through the AEDP/WILP structure, the apprenticeship stipend, and how your Glocal University credits map to a future-ready trade.
